Can I Return My Item for Exchange?
Yes, you can exchange items purchased from www.scarffairy.com only if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your parcel and are FREE OF CHARGES!

To qualify for a return or exchange:
✅ Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused — with all original tags/labels attached.
❌ Returns or exchanges for different sizes or colors are not allowed. Please refer to the provided size chart carefully before making your purchase.
❌ SALE or PROMOTION items are not eligible for return or exchange.
❌ No refunds will be provided in cash.

How Do I Return My Item?

Step 3: Return Processing
After receiving your returned item, our return department will:

  • Add the equivalent amount to your Store Credit, or
  • Exchange the item for a new one as requested.
